The World Isn't Designed to Make You Happy…

The world isn’t designed to make you happy; it’s meant to wake you up.
Expecting life to bring you constant comfort is a recipe for ongoing frustration.

Life is challenging for everyone—humans, animals, nature, all living beings. There would be no evolution without challenges. While we all experience moments of balance and ease, they never last forever—and that’s okay.

You might feel like the world is against you, throwing problem after problem your way. But that’s just how life works.
It may seem like everyone else has it all figured out—living their best lives, with perfect families, interesting hobbies, success, beauty, and money. Social media certainly paints that picture. But that isn’t the full reality.

The truth is: humans are still evolving, and growth requires discomfort. Everyone gets challenged in one way or another.

Here’s the shift: when you fully accept that life is meant to be this way, it becomes a lot less difficult.
When you drop the expectation that things should go the way you want, frustration fades.

You begin to respond to problems differently—because you see that they have a right to be there.
Your actions become more grounded, more intelligent. And they lead to better outcomes.

You stop seeing life as your enemy.
You start aligning with what is.

And from that place, joy naturally arises.
